Yes, we offer local pickup. Please choose "Local Pickup" in SHIPPING section of the CHECKOUT process. After the order processes, we will contact you to make arrangements.

We don't ship to P.O. boxes.

Our clothes are designed and built to be form-fitting for a lean male body. If you are not sure about sizing, order the next size up. Click on the button below to check out our FIT GUIDE.

We will feature upcoming designs on our website. You can order / reserve presale items. Customers who order presale items will be notified by email when they are in stock and ready to ship.

Most of our new items don't have a set release date. Check our social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest information.

Certain items will be restocked. Please check back if any items you want are out of stock or message us. Subscribing to our monthly newsletter will keep you updated on Kollektiv news and releases.

Returns will be accepted for 14 days after delivery for store credit only. The item(s) must be in new condition with tags attached.

All returns must be authorized by Kollektiv Design Labs by email before shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery, and the customer will be charged any additional shipping costs associated with the return.

We are currently unable to accept returns from outside Canada and the USA.

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Once declined charges clear, those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.

All orders ship from Edmonton, Alberta. An email will be sent out with tracking information when the order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the shipment status to update.

Please allow up to two business days for an order to process. Orders placed after 12pm MST/MDT on Fridays will not start processing until the next business day.

We are trying to keep shipping costs to a minimum but shipping within Canada can be costly with limited options for small businesses.

During the checkout process, if the shipping address is in Alberta, local pickup will be a shipping option. Finish the order with LOCAL PICKUP selected and we will contact you to make arrangements for pickup.

Buyer is responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country when ordering. Kollektiv.ca will not be liable for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a gift card code will be issued through email with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items on kollektiv.ca.
