RETURNS AND EXCHANGES / KOLLEKTIV.CA
Online Store Returns will be accepted for 14 days after delivery for store credit or exchange only. The item(s) must be in new condition with tags attached.
All returns must be authorized by Kollektiv Design Labs by email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery, and the customer will be charged any additional shipping costs associated with the return.
To initiate your return, email: returns@kollektiv.ca and be sure to include your order number and the product you are returning.
IMPORTANT
The returned product must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed with original labels attached to qualify for store credit.
Kollektiv Design Labs is not responsible for any destination country tax, duty charges, or other fees. Buyer is responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country when ordering. Kollektiv.ca will not be liable for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a gift card code will be issued through email with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items at kollektiv.ca.
Please note that shipping fees are not included in the gift card amount.

All sale items over 25% are final sale.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Products marked as final sale can't be returned or exchanged.
