ORDER PROCESSING
All orders ship from Edmonton, Alberta. An email will be sent out with tracking information when the order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the shipment status to update.
Please allow up to two business days for an order to process. Orders placed after 12pm MST/MDT on Fridays will not start processing until the next business day.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
We are trying to keep shipping costs to a minimum but shipping within Canada can be costly with limited options for small businesses.

During the checkout process, if the shipping address is in Alberta, local pickup will be a shipping option. Finish the order with LOCAL PICKUP selected and we will contact you to make arrangements for pickup.

All products ship with insurance included. Any damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Email us if an item is damaged, and we will start the claims process. Kollektiv Design Labs does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
